Mr. Wan Ngai Yin David obtained a master’s degree in business administration from University of Sydney, Australia in 2000. He also obtained a bachelor’s degree of social sciences from University of Hong Kong in 1983. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of CPA Australia. Mr. Wan is currently a certified public accountant in Hong Kong. He has worked in several large securities companies such as Merrill Lynch Securities, Lehman Securities, SGG and Crosby Securities.

Mr. Wan joined Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) Company Limited, the largest securities company in Taiwan, in 2000. He worked in mergers and acquisitions and spin-offs, including Ong Asia Securities (HK) Limited, Core Pacific Yamaichi, Polaris Securities and other companies.. Mr. Wan was also the person in charge of Yuanta Securities in Hong Kong during the period. During his tenure, he was mainly responsible for the issuance of corporate convertible shares, to late-stage securities, listing financing, futures, asset management, etc. Before his resignation, he was the director and chief operating officer of the company's corporate development department.

In 2018, Mr. Wan was invited to establish Silverbricks Securities Co., Ltd. and Silverbricks Asset Management Co., Ltd. He served as executive director and person in charge, mainly responsible for securities, futures, consulting, corporate financing, and asset management businesses.

In early 2020, Mr. Wan has been invited to establish Jin Yi Financial Group Limited. as an executive director and person in charge. He is mainly responsible for managing client investments, arranging IPO sales, financing loans, asset management investments, formulating company operating strategies, and managing sales teams.

 


 

Mr. WONG Kwok Keung, Lawrence obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics and business from Brock University in Ontario, Canada in 1984. With more than 35 years of substantial experience in banking, finance, and investment, he has sufficient professional knowledge.

From 1987 to 1995, Mr. WONG was employed by several international renowned financial foreign exchange institutions and was appointed as the head of the treasury department. He was responsible for the management of foreign exchange transactions, focusing on USD/JPY foreign exchange transactions and global banking transactions.

From 1995 to 2001, Mr. WONG served as the head of the investment department of Eastern Airlines Group and Southwest Airlines Group. He was mainly responsible for managing the investment of stocks, futures, foreign exchange, and real estate by the group's internal funds.

From 2001 to 2019, Mr. WONG served as the director and head of the investment department of Karl Thomson Holdings Limited, and the chief operating officer. He was mainly responsible for customer investment management, arranging IPO sales and financing loans, formulating the company's operating strategy and managing the sales team.

From 2019 to 2020, Mr. WONG was invited to serve as the executive director and person in charge of Hualu International Asset Management Co., a subsidiary of Shandong Hualu Investment Group (state-owned enterprise). He was mainly responsible for asset management and investment projects in Shandong Province.

In 2020, Mr. WONG has been invited to establish Jin Yi Financial Group Limited.. and serves as an executive director and person in charge. He is mainly responsible for managing customer investment, arranging IPO sales, financing loans, asset management and investment, formulating company operating strategies, and managing the sales team.

 


 

Mr. Lee Kin Chung Simon graduated at the University of Alberta in Canada with a bachelor degree in economics. He has more than 35 years of experience in the asset management industry. Started his career as the fund manager of HSBC Asset Management in 1987, Mr. Lee has been serving senior fund management role for a number of Chinese and foreign investment banks, including Sun Hung Kai Fund Management Co., Ltd., Shanghai Industrial Investment Company wholly-owned Asset Management Co., Ltd., Piper Jaffray Asia Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Family Trust Management in the positions of managing director, CEO and Chief Investment Officer. Funds covered include (Hong Kong) government-approved retirement plans, investment immigration programs (CIES), Securities and Futures Commission-approved funds and segregated portfolios for wealth management products.

The asset classes that Mr. Lee managed include stocks, futures and various structural derivatives and fixed incomes in various fund structures. Mr. Lee also managed limited partnership private equity funds focus on new drugs, communication technology, media marketing and real estate trusts (REIT).
